went to Bar BQ in south Slope last... had a pulled-pork sandwich that was so juicy, my teeth are grinding just thinking about it. the paper dishes and plastic silverware aren't that appealing, but the food makes up for it, i suppose. super nice waitress who earned her 20%...
reading waiter rant hasn't changed my ways - i've always tipped between 15-20%, unless the service is horrible. but now that i've read his horror stories about crummy tippers, i feel inexplicably proud of myself. in a world where i eat meat, rarely give to musicians in the subway, and kiss rich board members' respective asses, it's nice to not feel guilty for once.
